Today, we're excited to announce the latest release of DoneDone: a streamlined filtering UI.
This update makes it easier than ever to quickly find and focus on the tickets you need. We've also introduced new filter properties like filtering on a specific Customer or filtering on tickets that were created by specific people.
We've been using the new filtering UI on our own DoneDone account for the last few weeks and we hope you love it as much as we do!
This is where it all started. We've been working on this idea on our roadmap for a while now - the ability to find mailbox conversations by customer. As we were digging into this update, we quickly realized that we could do so much more while keeping it oh, so simple. So we went back to the drawing board and came up with something even better.
We've created a brand new filtering UI that makes it easier than ever to find the tickets you need - including conversations filtered customer name or email.
With this update, you can also filter tickets by who created them. We've even added a built-in filter to quickly see the tickets that you created but may be currently assigned to someone else. And of course, you can always select other ticket creators and save your filters for future use.
Previously, you could only create custom filters after navigating to a specific project or mailbox. Now we've made custom filters available everywhere, including the all Tasks and Conversations sections. Just choose the properties you'd like to filter on, make your selection, and click save. It's just that easy.
Even with all of these new features and improvements, DoneDone remains the same simple and straightforward ticketing system that you know and love. We hope you enjoy this update!
