Introduction to Workflows

DoneDone Workflows are a series of statuses, and some simple rules around them, your team uses to get work done in DoneDone. They can be as simple or complex as your team requires. It's up to you!

You can use the built-in Customer Help Desk Workflow to manage your customer support in Mailboxes. Or use the built-in Bug Tracking Workflow in Projects to help log and resolve bugs. Better yet, you can build your own Workflow, custom tailored to how your team works.
