Mailbox Email Limits

DoneDone uses email limits to ensure the stability of the platform for all of its customers. These limits help defend against spamming, unsupported use cases and other potentially malicious activity.

Don't worry. DoneDone never limits the number of replies made by your teams to your customers.

  1. Unlimited replies can be made to existing mailbox conversations.
  2. Brand new incoming and outgoing emails to your DoneDone Mailbox are limited to 200 an hour. This is only for new mailbox conversations and does not apply to any conversation replies.
  3. Email attachments are limited to 10MB. This applies to the sum size of all email attachments on a given email.
