Connecting a web form to your Mailbox

Along with forwarding email addresses, many of our customers use a form on their website to collect feedback, requests, and support inquiries in their mailbox.

You can connect any web form to a mailbox by setting up two things:

  1. Have the form submission send an email with the form data to either (a) your unique mailbox address (found in the Auto-Forwarding section of your mailbox) or (b) the email address you already have set up to forward emails to your mailbox.
  2. Set the "Reply-To" address of these emails to the customer's email address. For example, if you have an "Email" field in your form, have the email typed in this field be set as the "Reply-To" address. Most out-of-the-box form builders or plugins allow you to do this.
